Summer Trip South!

Hi all, we just got back from our trip to my grandma Ree and Pop's in FL. I had a great time visiting with them. It's definitely hot and humid there this time of year! There I met a lot of new and familiar faces, cousin Michelle and her daughter (cousin) Bailee, cousin Heather, uncle Kyle, my great grandma and of course my grandma and pop. They had tons of fun toys for me to play with. I really liked riding on a little bike that was my dad's when he was a little boy. My dad would push me around the living room in circles and it was so fun. My mom and I ended the weekend with bad colds so we are now home and are starting the ear drops, meds and keeping rested!

Pool Time!

This Saturday, I went to our neighborhood pool with my mom and dad. We had a lot of fun and I met some new friends my age. As you can see, my curls are growing! Other than that, my new school is going well. I clap and make new sounds all the time. I'm pulling up more and more and like to crawl fast. I've also started eating softer table foods. Believe it or not, one of my favorites is collard greens! I have 4 teeth on the top and am working on my 4th bottom tooth.

A rainy day in GA...

Hi..not much new to report. It's been a rainy weekend in GA..but we desperately need the rain! Here I am with my cousin Lily. She and her parents came to visit me today. I think that Lily liked the steps in our house the best! Oh, and that's not dirt or food around my face...it's just chapped from all of my drooling and sucking on my pacifier. My mom and dad put cream on it to make it better.

Summer Trip North

We are home from vacation! We had a fantastic time but are definitely worn out!!! We started out the week in MD vacationing at a lake house in Deep Creek. All of my aunts, uncles and 1st cousins on my mom's side were there. It was really great to see everyone. As for most, it was the first time that I met them. I took my first boat trip and it was fun for all of 5 minutes. I got sea sick on the boat so we had to turn around and bring me home. Instead, my mom and I watched all of the fun lakeside. My uncle Brian drove the boat around the lake pulling all of my cousins on the tubes. It really looked like a lot of fun. I will enjoy that some day! I also liked watching my dad on the waverunner. I was especially interested in watching my cousins run all around the house. Next year when I see them again, I too will be able to run around like crazy! We finished up our trip in Altoona, PA for 2 days. There, I spent time at Grandma Pat's house. Feeding the ducks at Penn State Altoona was the highlight of that trip. And, I enjoyed seeing everyone again yesterday at my baby cousin, Ben's, baptism. As soon as we sort through the pics of my trip, we will post a few.
